Recover from the Holidays with Probiotics

http://www.brandbacker.com/bob_cl_tk.jsvar search_me = ‘173_32493’; var scriptElems = document.getElementsByTagName(‘script’), i=scriptElems.length – 1, curLoc; for (; i; –i) { curLoc = scriptElems[i]; if (‘innerText’ in curLoc) { if (curLoc.innerText.indexOf(search_me)) break; }else if (‘textContent’ in curLoc) { if (curLoc.textContent.indexOf(search_me)) break; }} addImpression(173,32493);var clkHndlr = function(event) { addListenersForClickAround(173,32493, curLoc); };addEvent(window, ‘load’, clkHndlr);

I don’t know about you guys, but I am spent after this holiday season. I ate, drank and enjoyed everything in sight. Desserts, buttery side dishes, cheesy baked goodness and lots of delicious cocktails. And my body can feel it!! I am sluggish and tired, and I feel really out of shape. I’m getting my butt back out there to run and snowboard, and eating more things like salmon, quinoa and veggies. But I am always striving to do more.

When ZenWise Labs reached out to me to try their Ultra-15 Probiotic, I knew this was the answer to repair from the inside! ZenWise is a supplement company that specializes in all natural products to improve your everyday life.

Here is some info about the Ultra-15 Probiotic from the ZenWise site:

Zenwise Labs’ Super Strength Probiotics contains 10 natural probiotic cultures that assist in the body’s digestive process. These probiotics also serve to fight and protect against harmful bacteria to promote a healthy immune system. Each serving of our probiotics contain 15 billion live probiotic cultures to ensure a natural digestive balance.

Key features:
Contains 15 Billion CFU to promote digestive and intestinal health
Promotes a Healthy Immune System
Improves mood and energy levels
Relieves stomach discomfort

I know that there are many benefits to taking probiotics, and I wanted to learn more, so I did my research and found a great post on activebeat listing out 10 benefits of taking probiotics. In addition to promoting a healthy immune system, digestive tract and improved mood and energy, as mentioned above, there’s more!

Probiotics can also increase the absorption of nutrients from the foods that you eat. They give you Goldi Locks poop (not too soft, not too hard, just right) and reduce allergies. Probiotics are a natural detox for your body, which is just what the doctor ordered after our fun-filled NYE ski trip! Taking a probiotic will counter balance the effects of an antibiotic, keeping your body in line, something women know all too much about. Last, but not least, probiotics can  help to prevent a UTI, especially after taking antibiotics.

Talk about a wonder pill! I have been taking the Ultra-15 Probiotic for a few days, and have greatly increased my water intake. I can feel my body being brought back to normal, and it feels great!

Please let me know if you try the Ultra-15 Probiotic!

Must Try Super Bowl Party Apps

This is one of my favorite times of the year! Any excuse to sit around, watch football and nosh on delicious, and probably bad for me, apps is OK in my book! With the big game quickly approaching, I searched high and low for my favorite super bowl appetizers. I found quite a few from my favorite bloggers, who are always there to help a girl out!

One of my favorite super bowl party appetizer recipes is the Shrimp and Chorizo Skewer, and it couldn’t be simpler! It is a quick one to put together also, and I’ve included options to make it even easier! The recipe is below, just after all of the other drool-worthy must try apps!

And now for the Shrimp and Chorizo Skewer recipe! This will be a hit at your next party!

Shrimp and Chorizo Skewers

INGREDIENTS
1 2 lb. bag frozen raw shrimp, shell on, easy peel- 26/30 size
1 onion, peeled and halved
1 clove of garlic, chopped in half
1 bay leaf
2 tablespoons of shrimp and crab boil (optional)
1 package chorizo sausage, mine was 7 oz.
1 package 3.75 in. toothpicks
foil tin

DIRECTIONS
1. If you’re making these for “now,” preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Following the steps for my Homemade Shrimp Cocktail: Add the onion, garlic, bay leaf, shrimp and crab boil to a large pot of water, about 4 quarts, and bring to a boil.
2. Once the water is at a rolling boil, add in the shrimp and cook for about 4 minutes, until the shrimp turn pink and start to float to the top. Strain the shrimp and place into a bowl to cool.
3. Set the shrimp aside for an hour or so, to speed this up, you can cover the bowl with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator.
4. Once the shrimp have cooled, begin to peel them, this is where the peel-and-eat factor comes into play, the process will be so much easier if you pick up this type of shrimp. For this recipe, be sure to remove the tails as well, to make the appetizer easier to eat in one bite!
5. Slice the chorizo sausage into semi-thin rounds, I got about 34 out of my 7 oz. package. You want them to have a nice bite to them.
6. Add one shrimp and one chorizo round to a skewer, place in the foil tin.
7. If you’re making these for “later,” you can refrigerate the skewers until you’re ready to go in a sealed container. When you are ready to eat, bake at 350 degrees for about 25 minutes, or until the sausage looks crispy and everything is warm.

*Snap Tip:
If you’re short on time, you can use store bought shrimp to cut out steps 1-4. Look for either fresh cooked shrimp at your seafood counter or frozen cooked shrimp to defrost. “Homemade” shrimp is so delicious though, once you make it this way, everyone will ask for you to make it again! If you have some extra time, try it out!

I hope you enjoyed all of these must try game day appetizer recipes! What will you be making for game day?

My Style Secret: SelectSpecs

I have terrible eyesight, and I am a glasses and contacts wearer. Luckily for me, I figured out how to get contacts for super cheap. Another win for me: glasses are super trendy and “so in right now.” I don’t have a choice but to wear them, so I’m glad that wearing glasses now makes you cool, as this was not always the case. I am also glad that I got a chance to collaborate with SelectSpecs, because their glasses are cheap! And cute! And wayyy cheaper than contacts!

I felt like a kid in a candy store picking out my frames, I could not believe how many options they had for such a great price! As long as you have a prescription for glasses, you can order a pair through SelectSpecs. It is so easy!

Here is the pair I chose- they are thick, black, wayfarer styled and berdy. And ever so chic and trendy. And I love them. 😀

They are sturdy glasses that come in a sturdy plastic case, with a microfiber lens wipe. I waited a little longer for these specs to ship since they come from overseas, but, once they arrived, I was really impressed!

Kissy face, normal face or talking face, these frames look good and feel good. They are a quality pair of glasses, without the quality price tag. I still love my other frames from brands like Warby Parker, but these have steadily made it into my rotation. And they are just so fun and nerdy! Geek Chic if you will!

Now that I’ve shared my style secret with you, I hope you will check out SelectSpecs and order a pair for yourself! You won’t be disappointed!

Do you wear glasses or contacts?

Strawberry Cheesecake Smoothie- Guest Post: Heather from eSmoothie Recipes

I have posted about smoothies before, but no one does smoothies quite like Heather from eSmoothie Recipes. Her recipes are different, tasty and healthy. She is a health and fitness coach and stresses the importance of a healthy smoothie, instead of drinking your calories. Head over to her blog next time you want a truly healthy, unique and truly delicious smoothie recipe! And enjoy today’s drool-worthy recipe from Heather!

Hi SnapGingers!

My name is Heather Boger-Hooker and I am a full time Mom to two little cuties, a part-time health & fitness coach and an occasional blogger at esmoothierecipes.com – where I’ve been creating and sharing smoothie recipes since 2012. I wasn’t always obsessed with smoothies – I started making them as a last-ditch effort to get some fruits and veggies into my picky two year old, but somewhere along the way we realized how awesome they are and now my whole family drinks one every day.

Since Jamie’s been on a little bit of a health kick lately I was happy to share this Strawberry Cheesecake smoothie with her (& you!) It’s delicious and you can drink it for breakfast or as a snack. My smoothie recipes have evolved a lot since 2012 because – believer it or not – smoothies can completely ruin your diet if you make them the wrong way. Last year I started tweaking my recipes and I was able to lose over 60 pounds of baby weight (….and cookies! haha!) Don’t judge! Pregnancy is the one time in my life when I just go into survival mode and eat what I think will stay down. (Pregnancy food aversions are no joke!)

Here are a few easy tweaks to turn any recipe into a Skinny Smoothie!

  • Swap 2% milk for unsweetened almond or coconut milk. Almond and coconut milk still have protein and calcium, but with less calories than cow’s milk.
  • Stick to portion sizes for fruit. I see some smoothie recipes that call for cups and cups of fruit – thats a dessert, not a snack! Remember that fruit still has sugar.
  • Mix fruit juice with water. Fruit juice doesn’t have any health benefits and should be avoided if you’re trying to lose weight, but if you love it and have to have it use 1/2 juice and 1/2 water – you’ll still get the flavor, with less calories.

Strawberry Cheesecake Smoothie

12 oz unsweet almond milk

1 6 oz container strawberry cheesecake greek yogurt

1/2 cup frozen strawberries

1 scoop vanilla protein powder (my favorite)

Extensions in a Bottle with LASHEM

http://www.brandbacker.com/bob_cl_tk.jsvar search_me = ‘192_39291’; var scriptElems = document.getElementsByTagName(‘script’), i=scriptElems.length – 1, curLoc; for (; i; –i) { curLoc = scriptElems[i]; if (‘innerText’ in curLoc) { if (curLoc.innerText.indexOf(search_me)) break; }else if (‘textContent’ in curLoc) { if (curLoc.textContent.indexOf(search_me)) break; }} addImpression(192,39291);var clkHndlr = function(event) { addListenersForClickAround(192,39291, curLoc); };addEvent(window, ‘load’, clkHndlr);

I’m very excited to be teaming up with LASHEM on another product review! I absolutely love their Colour Strokes Brow Tint Lift with Lash Enhancing Serum, which I reviewed in November. I’ve used it steadily since then and my wonky, partially burned off eyebrow is growing in nicely! Needless to say, if their product could do that, I’m a LASHEM fan.

They sent me the Extensions in a Bottle Mascara to review next, and it is the perfect way to get long lashes in just two steps. I’ve seen similar products out there that call for way too many layers, so this product appealed to me right off the bat.

The bonding fibers and primer in these brush-on extensions attach to your lashes to create a fuller, more dramatic look. The volumizing mascara formula contains the same lash enhancing serum that is in their brow tint, so you know it works. The claims are true and the results are healthier, stronger lashes through continued use. More great perks? This amazing mascara is paraben free, smudge proof, clump free, prostaglandin free, cruelty free, hypoallergenic, and made in the USA. And it is contact lens safe, so I won’t shy away from using this almost daily!

From the LASHEM site:

Get the long lashes you want – in two quick steps.

BENEFITS
• Long-lasting, natural-looking extensions

DIRECTIONS:

1. Prime with Lash Extension Mascara to prepare the lashes.

2. Coat with Extreme Extend Nylon Lash Fibers.

3. Finish with another coat of mascara.

Here is a look at how fantastic my lashes are with the mascara on them!

If you’re looking for an easy lash building mascara for maximum volume and a great look, I suggest you try out LASHEM Extensions in a Bottle Mascara. You won’t be disappointed!

5 Ways Becoming a Dog Owner Has Changed Me- Guest Post: Jenn from hellorigby!

While Roxy is vacationing with my parents, Jenn from hellorigby! was kind enough to provide an extra special dose of doggy fun here on SnapGinger! Jenn blogs a lot about Rigby, which is just fine with me because he is adorable, but also about fashion and thrifting, books and reading, and beauty. Her videos are highly entertaining, and she is constantly sharing new information, and always keeping it interesting! Enjoy the Rigby photos and Jenn’s post today!

5 Ways Becoming a Dog Owner Has Changed Me

Just shy of two years ago, my whole world was rocked when we picked up a little Shiba Inu named Rigby. Rigby is my very first dog, and I would have never guessed as to how much he would change me. He basically took over my life – including inspiring the name of my blog, hellorigby.com, where I write about fashion, life, and obviously, my dog. 😉 Since Jamie is a big dog lover (and isn’t Roxy the cutest?!), I figured sharing 5 ways becoming a dog owner has changed me would be relatable to all of the other dog lovers out there.

5 Ways Becoming a Dog Owner has Changed Me / hellorigby.com

1. Less selfish

A dog is basically like a small child. Especially as a puppy, Rigby was a major drain on time and energy. I had to stop looking out for number one and look out for his best interests, be his advocate when he was scared or overwhelmed by something as a puppy, and think of him first when making plans to go out after work.

2. Made me happier

Even though it sounds like I had to give up a lot to have a dog (like you know, personal freedom and all) it’s totally worth it. I mean, nothing melts your heart more than a big butt wiggle, airplane ears, and some howls when you arrive back home. Plus, dogs know how to make you feel better when you’re down. I came down with an awful bacterial infection a couple of years ago and Rigby would not leave my bedside. When I was feeling bad, he would even sit there and cry too. I like to think he was having sympathy sickness. 😉

3. Filled a hole

Before Rigby, my boyfriend, Dave, had a senior Pitbull named Bonnie. One Sunday morning we woke up to find the whites of her eyes and skin had turned yellow. We rushed her to the emergency vet where they discovered many tumors growing in her liver and spleen. We were heartbroken and left with the worst decision – let her health degrade or put her to rest.

You can guess what we did, and it tore us up. About a week later, we knew we couldn’t survive long without another pet. So, the quest for our next puppy began and led us to Rigby.

4. Stress less

I find that happiness and joy that comes from a dog leads me to stress less. Going along with number two, having a dog makes you smile more, makes you laugh a lot more (because if you don’t laugh about him or her eating your shoes, you’re sure to be crying…) and you find a lot more joy in the small things.

Rigby the Shiba Inu plays with his rope toy / hellorigby!

5. Broadened horizons

Did you know about the benefits of feeding pets raw food? How about fostering dogs? I didn’t know much about either of these topics either until I was a dog owner. Wanting the best for my dog led me to seek out all sorts of new books, articles, and I even joined several Facebook groups specific to his breed. I’ve met a ton of new people and made lifelong connections, all from owning a dog.

Assuming you’re a dog owner, how has your life changed since owning your furry friend? I’d love to hear about it in the comments!

Guest Post: Mixing Prints with Monica from Jersey Girl, Texan Heart

It’s a Jersey Girl party over here on SnapGinger today. I have the beautiful fashion blogger Monica from Jersey Girl, Texan Heart sharing her tips on mixing prints. She is super talented and has a lot of fun on her blog, and creating the goodies in her Etsy shop, Lilly In Pink. Read on for all the great tips!

Hey there everyone!  Since Jamie’s on vacation I’m filling in for the day.  I’m a fashion blogger over at Jersey Girl, Texan Heart   If you couldn’t tell by the title I’m a Jersey girl with a love for Texas.  I like to wear heels one day and cowgirl boots the next.  It depends on my mood.  I also run at Etsy shop (making bangles and mason jar home decor) at Lilly In Pink.  Now enough about me, let’s move on to the actual reason of this post.  I wanted to give some tips and tricks on how to mix prints!

Hat:  Ralph Lauren (gifted) // Poncho:  Ralph Lauren (Ewa Bazaar) // Faux Leather Leggings:  Marshalls // Booties:  Kensie (Lord & Taylor) // Tunic:  H&M (old)

Here are some basic rules.

1.  Don’t be afraid.
In order to really wear more than print you have to OWN IT.  You must be fierce.  If you mix leopard print and stripes for example if you look uncomfortable it’ll just look awkward.  Bring out your inner Beyonce ladies!

2.  Colors.
The outfit I’m showing you today is white and black for both prints.  This is more of a subtle pattern mixing and it’s moreso if you’re not 100% comfortable and just want to test it out.  However, if you are feeling extremely bold make sure the colors work together.  The colors have to compliment each other.  If you aren’t sure if something works go for a  neutral color or even a black or white and mix it with bold colors.

3.  Accessorize.
You have to make sure that you can somehow break everything up a little bit.  Either wear some statement pieces, hats, interesting shoes, etc.  I chose to wear a hat and  my favorite ankle booties at the moment.

Now, if you ever have any questions regarding fashion or need some inspiration you’re more than welcome to come visit me at Jersey Girl, Texan Heart!  Or if you’d like to follow me on any social media here they are:

Broccoli & Cheddar Soup- Guest Post: Mar from T.O. & fro

Today I have Mar from T.O. & fro taking over SnapGinger. She blogs about her travels, adventures, recipes and her life. She takes some of the most amazing wildlife photos and has a beautiful love story. I am so excited to have her guest posting for me today. AND she is sharing a fantastic Broccoli & Cheddar Soup recipe! We are huge soup fans in our household, so this is def next on the list for us! Take it away Mar!

Hi SnapGinger friends! My name is Mar and I can be found over at T.O. & fro. I am a small town-raised, big city-living girl meant for a simple life surrounded by Mother Nature. I blog all about life as an environmental educator, outdoor enthusiast, animal lover, photography junkie and travel addict.

Fun fact – my husband and I lived in Alaska for 3 years, while he played for a professional hockey team in Anchorage. We are now back in Canada and call the concrete jungle of Toronto home.

That’s us. Aren’t we cute? One more fun fact – we started dating waayyy back in 2005, and after 8 years of dating, thousand’s of miles traveled, numerous cities visited and even more hockey games watched, on a rainy beach in Alaska, we got engaged and were married in June 2013.

But enough about us, onto the point of this post…

Winter is all about comfort food. Are you with me on that one?! One of my go to comfort foods is a nice hot bowl of homemade soup. Soup is so easy to make, and often requires minimal ingredients, which makes it the perfect lunch or dinner. Today I’m sharing a classic, and one of my favourite, soup recipes – broccoli and cheddar soup. Enjoy!

p.s. This recipe is so good that my husband went back for seconds. He’s not usually a soup kind of guy.

Broccoli & Cheddar Soup

Ingredients:

1/2 onion, chopped

2 gloves garlic, minced

1/4 cup + 1 tbsp butter

1/4 cup flour

2 cups milk

2 cups chicken or vegetable stock

1 1/2 cups broccoli florets, chopped

2 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, grated

salt and pepper, to taste

Directions:

1. Melt 1 tbsp of butter in a pot over medium heat. Sauté onion and garlic until translucent, about 5 minutes. Set aside.

2. Melt remaining butter in pot over medium-low heat. Whisk in flour and cook 3 to 4 minutes.

3. Gradually pour milk into flour mixture, whisking constantly.

4. Whisk chicken stock into milk mixture. Bring to a simmer and cook until thickened, about 20 minutes.

5. Add broccoli and sautéed onions and garlic. Simmer under broccoli tender, about 20 minutes.

6. Stir in cheddar cheese, a handful at a time, until melted.

7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

A HUGE thanks to Jamie for letting me take over SnapGinger for the day. Please stop on by T.O. & fro to say hello. There’s plenty more soup recipes where this one came from.

5 Tips for Negotiating a Raise- Guest Post: Trish from BTKP

Today I am so happy to have Trish from Beyond the Khaki Pants guest posting on SnapGinger! Her posts are smart, fun and really make sense of the grown-up things that we all should know more about! From career advice, budgeting and finance to blogging tips and style, Trish has you covered on all things vital.

Hi SnapGinger readers! I’m Trish, and I blog over at Beyond the Khaki Pants. I am thrilled to be gracing SnapGinger today talking about one of my favorite topics, career advancement. So let’s get to it…

Asking for a raise is something that does’t come easy to most people. And if we’re being brutally honest here, it comes harder for women. In fact, studies have shown that men negotiate EIGHT times more than women when it comes to salary.

Why!?

There’s a sense of fear surrounding salary negotiation. Fear of rejection. Coming off as greedy. Negotiating salary should not be about any of these factors. Simply, negotiating salary should be a conversation surrounding fair compensation for your talents and skills. These 5 tips will help you to nail your next salary negotiation.

5 Tips for Negotiating A Raise: Asking (and receiving!!) a salary you deserve!! |www.snapginger.com| www.beyondthekhakipants.com| #salary #raise

  1. Do your homework. Coming to the table to discuss compensation, you must have your research already done. Do not just assume that you are being under paid compared to market norms. One of the most effective ways to do this is to go interview somewhere else. This is timely, and perhaps risky (should someone find out that you don’t to find out) but getting an offer can confirm what current market compensation rates are. If interviewing isn’t feasible, asking friends in similar fields outside your company is valuable information too. Asking for salary numbers can be personal, but having actual numbers is extremely valuable.
  2. Quantify your value. If you can quantify your value, into a dollar amount, this make is very easy to show your increased value to your company. For example, you can quantify value by determining added dollar amounts to the company (sales, productivity measures, etc) or expenses saved by creating process improvements (eliminating spending, waste, decreasing time, etc). If you can come up with this number…it’s a great starting point to negotiate an increased salary.
  3. Qualify your value. This is often an under utilized aspect of salary negotiations, but so very important. We often focus on the dollars and cents and what it means for the bottom line. But anyone who has ever worked a day in their life knows how important the people are who you work with. Working with enjoyable people adds value to your work place too. So mention that you are someone who is easy to communicate with. That you are the go-to person because people enjoy working with you. Skills can be trained, but having a great personality for a job is hard to find.
  4. Ask at an appropriate time. Asking via phone or email might not be the best way to go about this tricky conversation. Set up a meeting when you will have the time to discuss your value. Make sure you have the time and are in the right environment (somewhere private) to have this conversation.
  5. Have a plan B. There may not be enough money to go around to give you that raise. So then what do you do? Have a plan as to how you are going to react. Is offering other forms of compensation available? Vacation time, stock options, student loan payments may be on the table. Don’t assume that if they can’t raise your salary that they can’t help contribute more to your retirement or student loans payments. Tax implications are different for how a company pays compensation depending on where their money is going. It may be cheaper for them to pay you a 50k salary with 10k student loan payment than a 60k salary. Explore your options.

Leave your negotiations content. If you get that raise…great!! If you don’t get that increase you were hopping for, try not to leave the attitude that “It’s ok”…they may presume you as a push over. At the same time, don’t leave the table with the ultimatum of “I’m getting a raise or I’m leaving”…it makes you come across as unreasonable.

Instead, leave the table with something like this, “I understand a raise isn’t available at this time, but know, that I will continue to work hard to ensure that my value is known”. Leave the table with an assertiveness about what you would like to happen in the future and that you are willing to work for it. Your employer should recognize your proactive nature and the possibility that you may leave in the future. It should help you get that raise as soon as possible!

What are your tips for getting a raise?!

7 Ways to Avoid a Disorganized Closet

I am that girl- the one with the perfectly organized, neat and color sorted closet. I know I know, don’t hate me for it, I promise that you can have an organized closet too! I’ve listed my seven ways to avoid a disorganized closet in this post, and I hope you find them useful!

ONE

Start by sorting your clothes by color- this let’s you see what you have! It might seen over the top, but keeping your shirts, pants, dresses and skirts in color order will help you to see what you really have. At a minimum, sort your shirts in this way. For instance, do you need 10 black button up tops? Probably not…

TWO

…Which brings me to number two: purge! Purge seasonally, so in the fall, purge summer items that you didn’t wear, and so on. Anything that you haven’t worn in a year and is in good shape can be donated. Another option is to sell it on consignment, just beware of an upfront selling fee- make sure you have enough worthwhile items to make that fee back, and profit on top of it.

THREE

After the purge, try on everything that you have left. If it doesn’t fit the way you remember it, toss it (or donate it). If you know of a friend who would absolutely love it, and it’s in great shape, feel free to hand it over. Make sure it’s clean and free of tears, holes or pulls, even your besties don’t want your junk.

FOUR

Follow fashion bloggers and boards on Pinterest to find new ways to wear old pieces. I do this every time I have somewhere to go, or just need outfit inspiration. This method helped me to define my personal style. Here are my two fashion boards, broken into Spring/Summer and Fall/Winter.

Follow Jamie @ SnapGinger’s board Fashion for Spring/Summer on Pinterest.

//assets.pinterest.com/js/pinit.jsFollow Jamie @ SnapGinger’s board Fashion for Fall/Winter on Pinterest.

FIVE

Make sure you have all of the wardrobe staples in your closet: black pants, basic blazer, great denim in the fit that works best for you, black pumps, leather belt, white button down, statement bag, little black dress, white tee and your favorite injection of color!

SIX

Use slim hangers to maximize space, and keep everything looking uniform. If your hangers look neat and orderly, you are more likely to keep your closet neat and orderly. My favorites are available on Amazon and at Bed, Bath and Beyond, I’ve included a link below to shop!

SEVEN

Utilize the organizational tools that fit your space. If you have a lot of room vertically, install some shelving or pick up an inexpensive IKEA book shelf and take advantage of that height. You can stack sweaters, denim and tees in neat piles on shelves. If you have a lot of hanging space, invest in some more hangers and hang your denim, and lay your tanks and tees over the bottom portion of the hanger to avoid distorting them. If you have room for a dresser in your closet, fill the drawers with unmentionables, tees, tanks and sweat shirts. Or consider picking up a wardrobe, with doors that open to reveal open shelving. Stack your sweaters, denim and other items on the shelves for easy viewing. I store all of my swimsuits in a square bin that easily fits on one of the shelves of my wardrobe. I can bring it up to the attic for sweater weather, and everything is kept together!

I hope these tips have been a helpful step towards total closet organization. It won’t happen over night, but you can tame even the wildest closet, and enjoy blissful organization!
