Why Pinterest is good for your health

I love love love Pinterest. Who doesn’t really? It is so easy to hop onto Pinterest and plan and outfit, a meal, a party or find out some amazing new tips & tricks for doing, well, anything! But one of my favorite uses for Pinterest, besides dessert recipes, is for finding new fitness tips! There are tons of free workouts, and great ideas for staying on track and getting healthier.
