Tropical Peach Chia Smoothie

Who is ready for warm tropical weather?! {raises hand} I am a winter lover, because of snowboarding, but I am over it. I want to wear a thin spring jacket, cute tees and some denim shorts. While that sorta thing isn’t in my near future, I can drink a tropical drink now to feel a like I’m somewhere warmer! This Tropical Peach Chia Smoothie, is just the drink, and it’s both good for you and delicious. Enjoy!

Tropical Peach Chia Smoothie

1/2 cup Orange Juice
1/2 cup Coconut Milk
1/2 cup Frozen Peaches
1/4 cup Frozen Apples
1/4 cup Frozen Bananas
1/2 cup Frozen Pineapple
2 tbsp Chia Seeds

1. Add all ingredients to your blender. Starting with the slowest setting, begin to blend. Work your way slowly up to the highest setting (my blender has 3).
2. Blend for 2-3 minutes until well combined. Enjoy!

You can sub in fresh fruit if you have it, just make sure to add 1/2 cup of ice to maintain the smoothie consistency!
